Job Description:
This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and reporting on the activities for the inbound, outbound, inventory & distribution departments

Job Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries and providing feedback as and when required.
Compiling of reports & spreadsheets as per SOP's.
Meeting all deadlines including all KPIs but not limited to.
Appropriate management of costs, assets, employees & processes such as service level costs, overtime costs, account costs.
Managing and control of resources such as people management, asset management and processes.
Daily adherence to current service level agreements.
Ensure inventory processes are followed in both operations and admin functions.
Maintain and update various reports in line with KPI and contractual obligations.
Plan and implement various other processes in line with the KPI and contractual obligations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive Warehousing.
Excellent communication skills and ability be able to communicate at all levels within and out of the company.
Formal implementation of and experience in driving continuous improvement
Minimum of 5 years experience in a client facing environment.
Minimum of 3 years comprehensive knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
Planning & Organizing – very strong ability to manage time & prioritize.
