You will be based in Osprey House but have opportunities to work with various Teams across the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service providing and promoting care within a variety of settings. The post involves managing a caseload of clients with drug and alcohol issues, providing screening, assessments and ongoing 1:1 support as required. Osprey House operates a 12.5 hour shift pattern over Monday to Saturday.This post requires you to work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team and as an autonomous practitioner with caseload supervision and support from senior staff. You should possess good interpersonal skills; no previous experience is necessary but a keen interest and positive approach to working within the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service is essential.
