Job Title: Drone Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drone Operations Manager to join our team at Farm Manager SA.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage our fleet of drones and associated aerial application equipment.Compile weekly performance reports and provide regular projections for upcoming works.Oversee the management of the spraying team and ensure effective skills transfer to the rest of the team.Manage all drone-related activities and requirements.Utilize modern technology to plan work and maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.Establish and grow the spraying division's contracting footprint around KwaZulu-Natal and surrounds.Promote our services to prospective clients and ensure we offer a competitive, industry-leading service.Compile reports for submission to clients after works have been completed.Requirements:Remote Pilots LicenceAgricultural background essentialPrevious drone crop spraying experienceComputer literateMust have ownership mentalityStrong management skillsAbility to work well independently and within a teamMaintenance and mechanically orientatedMust be willing to travelValid drivers license CODE: EBValid AVSEC (Aviation Security)Valid PCO (Pest Control Officer) advantage but not a necessityWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to (insert contact information).
