Driver/Gardener/General Worker (Live-In Position)

Working hours / Time Off: • 08h00 to 17h00 – overtime might be required • Will have every 2nd weekend off
DescriptionMy client in Cape Town is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver/Gardener/General Worker for their home in Kuils River. This live-in position requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role for a family with a large home or from a farming environment.
Qualifications• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a general worker, gardener, or driver for a family with a large home or in a farming environment.
• Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Passport: Must have a valid South African passport.
• Skills:
o Proficient in gardening maintenance.
o Basic maintenance skills for general household repairs.
• Character: Honest, reliable, of sober habits, with a good personality and strong work ethic.
• Living Arrangements: This is a live-in position, requiring the candidate to reside on the property.
• Age: Be of the age 32 to 42 years
ExperienceExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a general worker, gardener, or driver for a family with a large home or in a farming environment.
Responsibilities• Driving: Accompany and assist the husband with driving duties, including trips to the farm when required.
• Gardening: Maintain and care for the garden, ensuring it remains in beautiful condition.
• Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks around the home.
• Other Duties: Assist with any additional household tasks as required.
