Key Responsibilities:Design and Drafting: Create accurate and detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and other technical drawings using Eplan V8.Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, wiring lists, and bill of materials (BOM).Quality Assurance: Review and verify designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design issues, errors, and discrepancies in electrical schematics and documentation.Software Utilization: Utilize Eplan V8 features and tools to enhance design efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.Updates and Revisions: Implement design changes and updates as required, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the documentation.Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Education: Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: Proven experience as a draughtsperson with a strong focus on electrical schematics and control panel design using Eplan V8.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eplan V8, with a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in technical drawing and documentation.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address design challenges and provide practical solutions.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical design or Eplan V8 are advantageous.Experience: Experience with other CAD software or electrical design tools is a plus.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations related to electrical design..
