Draughtsperson

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:Diploma in Draughting or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience working in a technical drawing office.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PDM software.Comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel, aluminium, and Alusteel materials.Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.Effective administrative, planning, and supervisory skills.Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team when necessary.Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be proactive.A valid driver's license is advantageous.Strong collaborative skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the creation and management of technical drawings for both internal production and external suppliers.Manage technical systems and ensure their effective operation.Program, nest, and operate robotic machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Generate flat patterns for production purposes.Design tools and assist in product development through research and design initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team and clients to provide technical information and support.Maintain and update equipment manuals, brochures, and related documentation.Support the production team by developing engineering concepts and offering solutions.Assist in the development and implementation of ISO policies and procedures.Create detailed reports and presentations for technicians and management as required.
