This is a permanent position.
Reporting to the Principal Electrical Engineer, your work will cover some of the following: Create detailed electrical drawings (2D & 3D) for building services, lighting, power distribution, and more using Revit and AutoCAD.Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and architects to deliver integrated design solutions.Review project specifications and sketches to ensure every detail is captured.Modify designs to optimize functionality and reduce production challenges.Conduct site investigations and support inspections to ensure project success.Train and mentor junior draughting staff, fostering growth and excellence within the team.Prepare "As Built" drawings to reflect the final implementation of projects.
What were looking for: Certificate from a recognized draughting instituteProficiency in AutoCAD with basic Revit exposure (additional Revit training will be provided).At least 3 years of working experience in electrical draughting, preferably from a consulting firm.A core focus on draughting in electrical building services.Capability in mechanical draughting is a huge bonus.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Attention to detail and a drive for excellence.Strong general IT ability: Word and Excel.Willing and able to conduct site visits and inspections as required.
