Guest Reception: Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.- Luggage Assistance: Efficiently handle guest luggage with care, ensuring safe and accurate delivery to guest rooms.- Information Provider: Offer knowledgeable assistance about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.- Entrance Management: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel entrance and lobby, ensuring they are always presentable.- Collaboration: Work closely with the concierge and front desk teams to facilitate smooth guest experiences and address any needs.- Transportation Coordination: Assist guests with arranging transportation and provide valet services as needed.- Security Awareness: Be vigilant and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications: - Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a luxury hotel environment, is preferred.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.- Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and enhancing guest satisfaction.- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks, including lifting heavy luggage.- Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.- Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
