We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to lead complex architectural projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback while maintaining strong professional relationships.Design Excellence: Create and review innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural designs that align with client goals and company standards.Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and material selection.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent professional certification.Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of projects for residential, commercial, and public architecture.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
