Our client requires a Document Controller to manage the flow of documents within the organization ensuring that all documents are properly filed, tracked, and distributed to the relevant parties. You will also be required to provide full administrative and office support functions to the Leaders and Technical staff as required and ensure all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an up-to-date record of all documents including technical specifications, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure that all documents are filed and stored in accordance with the company's document control procedures.
Manage the document review and approval process ensuring that all documents are reviewed and approved by the relevant parties before they are released.
Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor document revisions and ensure that all parties have access to the most recent version of a document.
Manage the document retention and disposal process ensuring that all documents are disposed of in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support to project teams and other departments as required.
Ensure that all documents are prepared and processed in accordance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project administration and document control within the Renewable Energy & Power Generation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in document management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Renewable Energy & Power Generation industry regulations and standards.
Experience working in Renewable Energy & Power Generation Industries.
