Job Summary Are you a proactive individual with a knack for legal documentation and credit risk mitigation? Join our team as a Documentation Specialist. You will be the crucial link between our business units and legal teams, ensuring all pre-disbursement loan conditions are met and maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
Job Description Key Responsibilities: Liaise with business units and legal teams to fulfill pre-disbursement loan conditions.Draft and validate legal agreements and security documentation.Ensure compliance with credit approvals and legislative requirements.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure the legal validity of documentation.Conduct post-implementation reviews to mitigate risks.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (NQF Level 6).Minimum of 5 years in a legal or credit environment.Strong knowledge of security documentation and credit policies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Education Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Law, Military Science and Security (Required)
