Document Controller

Job Title: Document Controller Location: Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank Job Type: 5 month Contract, Full-Time hours Job Duties: Manage and control the flow of documents in a mining environment Organise and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents Track document revisions and updates Assist in preparing reports and presentations Required Qualifications: Matric qualification Certificate in document control Diploma in a related field Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or Information Management (Advantageous)  Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the mining industry Proficiency in using document control software such as Aconex Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures Excellent organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in document management Effective communication and collaboration abilities Working Conditions: The Document Controller will be based in Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank, working within a mining environment.
The role may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
