The Doctor Liaison and Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with doctors and medical practices to promote and sell medical bureau services and COID assistance.
This role includes providing expert advice on exempted funder options, ensuring excellent client support, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients (doctors and medical practices).Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.Consultation Services: Advise clients on exempted funding options and COID processes to help them navigate complex funding and compliance issues.Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company's services.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.Client Training: Provide initial training and onboarding for clients on the company's services and COID-related processes.Feedback Management: Collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements:Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
