Doctor

Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical care to passengers and crew members in accordance with company policies and procedures- Conduct routine medical examinations and screenings for passengers and crew members- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and prescribe appropriate medications- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients- Collaborate with other medical professionals onboard, including nurses and paramedics, to ensure the best possible care for patients- Monitor and maintain medical supplies and equipment onboard- Participate in emergency drills and respond to medical emergencies as needed- Educate passengers and crew members on health and safety practices while onboard- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations set by the company and relevant authoritiesQualifications and Skills:- Medical degree from an accredited university- Valid license to practice medicine- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Doctor, preferably in a maritime or remote setting- Experience in emergency medicine and/or critical care is highly desirable- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Flexibility to work long hours and be on call as needed- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
