The Essentials:
Experience:
3-5 years of tour consulting magic.
Knowledge:
Well-versed in Southern & East African destinations.
Skills:
Fluent in Tourplan, ESS, MS Office, and WETU.
Personal Qualities:
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with a passion for guest delight and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft Itineraries:
Unleash your creativity to design dream African safaris.
Manage Bookings:
Guide the reservation process, from quote to travel docs, ensuring seamless journeys.
Sales & Service:
Engage guests with enthusiasm, build trusted relationships, and provide proactive support.
Rotational Shifts & Emergency Duty:
Flexibility to cover early/late shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
Guest Experience:
