Dm Technical Support

Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients.The Document Management Engineer provides leadership and technical guidance on both on-premises and Cloud projects.
This position is full-time and part of the US Document Management team.
Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the technical planning and design for DM projects both on-premises and in the Cloud.
Provide technical guidance related to DM projects.
Perform technical requirements throughout all phases of the projects.
Execute data migrations both on-premises and in the Cloud.
Work closely with project managers to set realistic schedules and meet deadlines.
Interact directly with customers to provide technical guidance and support.
Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an engineerand/or a degree in technology
Understanding ofSaaS solutions
Previous experience in application testing and support
Prior experience in ahigh-level consultingor customer service role is required.
Significant experience working with the document management systems (SharePoint, iManage, NetDocuments)
SQL Installation and configuration
Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL queries.
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients in both written and verbal communications.
