Minimum Requirements: Minimum 10 Years' EARTHMOVING Industry experienceBachelor's Degree in Business Management/Financial Management or related fieldClean Criminal & Credit record - will be verifiedResponsibilities: Provide overall direction within the guidelines set out by the CEO.Direct & Manage operational activities with the assistance of a network of specialists & managers to drive profitability & sustainability.Minimum 10 Years' experience in senior leadership roles within the EARTHMOVING Industry.Strategy/Financial/Operational Management / Human Resource Management / Marketing Strategy & Brand Development.Knowledge of the Mining & Construction Industry.Earthmoving parts/machine application assessments will be an advantage.Willing to work outside of South Africa; therefore, travelling is required.
