Divisional Hr Manager I (Unihealth)

We are looking to appoint a seasoned Divisional HR Manager I for our Unihealth business unit. This role will report into the HR Executive (Total Health & Beauty SA) and will be based at Clicks Head Office, Woodstock, Cape Town.
Job Purpose The plan, coordinate and deliver the Unihealth HR operating plan in line with HR plan, group policies and relevant legislation in order to support the achievement of business objectives and strategies.
Job Objectives To attract, recruit and place the right talent for the right roles in order to meet business needs.To deliver onboarding and orientation of new employees to drive integration into the business.To co-ordinate and manage delivery of the performance management process, in accordance with agreed frameworks, in order to drive a high-performance culture.To monitor and report on learning delivery to ensure positive business impact and employee experience.To deliver a pipeline of competent and empowered talent to meet current and future business needs.To deliver the transformation roadmap in order to achieve transformation targets.To manage and resolve employee relations matters in line with group policies, standards and relevant legislation.To deliver all HR-related annual and ad-hoc projects in accordance with the HR calendar and the group plan.To build, manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of HR best practice in order to achieve competitive advantage.To manage financial, human, and other resources in order to deliver the operating plan and achieve business requirements.Job related knowledge HR management and best practicesRemuneration systems and benefitsPerformance managementProject management principles and theoriesTransformation codes and sector targetsTalent managementJob related skills HR ManagementRecruitment and selectionVerbal and written communicationPlanning and organisingProject managementCoachingChange managementProblem solvingBudgeting and financial managementTalent management5 years' experience in a retail, beauty or services industry in an HR management role5 years generalist HR experience3 years management experience in a large, multi-site organisation3 years' experience dealing with IR and CCMA mattersLeading negotiations in a bargaining council or a labour unionEducation 3-year HR degree or related qualificationChartered SABPP accreditation
