My client a leading Retail Group wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Professional with an exciting career opportunity.
The position is based in Bloemfontein, Free State.
Requirements: Human Resources experience of at least 5 years as a Generalist.Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection ESSENTIALRetail experience will be a HUGE advantageQualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR field
Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skillsEffective writing skills in English
Must be fluent in at least one African languageMust have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level.
ESSENTIAL
Must have liaised/negotiated with Trade UnionsMust have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel extensively
Must have a valid passport
SA Citizens only
Must be Criminal Clear
Must reside in Bloemfontein, Free State (or be willing to relocate possibly at your cost).
Duties: Represent the Company at the CCMA
Trade Union negotiations
Responsible for recruitment of branch staffCompilation of HR Management InformationInterface with the payroll to collect monthly report informationConsulting with Management, line and staff regarding HR issues
