Divisional Head Shared Services

Minimum Qualifications:A Postgraduate or Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Business, Finance, Administration, Management, Office Administration, or Human Resources.An MBA, MBL, or a higher qualification will be advantageous.Minimum experience:At least 7 years of experience in leading support services within a large organization, with at least 5 years in a senior role.Experience in the Water and Sanitation sector, government, municipalities, or a related industry is preferred.Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and leading the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services to achieve strategic objectives.Behavioral Competencies: Analytical Ability and Attention to Detail * Integrity * Relationship Management * Ability to Meet Tight Deadlines and work under pressure * Ability to work independently with limited supervision * Business Acumen.
