Divisional Head of Human Resources
Homebased, with frequent travel to London and UK services as and when required.

£75,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are working with a leading organisation in the Health and Social care sector to identify a newly created Divisional Head of Human Resources position.
This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change in a mission-focused environment, supporting the operational and commercial objectives of a high-performing division.
The Role
As the Divisional Head of HR, you will:
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business goals.Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver excellence across the division.Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.Champion a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and employee development.Oversee talent mapping, succession planning, and high-impact HR projects.Report on divisional HR KPIs and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest levels.About You
You bring credibility, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to HR leadership.
Key qualifications include:
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (MCIPD or equivalent preferred).Proven experience leading HR in the health or social care sectors.Expertise in employment law, TUPE, and strategic workforce planning.Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.A track record of driving people-focused strategies that deliver measurable results.What We're Looking For Commercially astute, analytical thinkers who thrive on change and innovation.Leaders with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organisation.A passion for aligning HR practices with organisational values: Person-centred, Friendly, Innovative, Empowering, and Positive.The Offer
