Divisional Finance Director (Ca): Insurance & Financial Services

An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Divisional Finance Director for its Insurance and Financing Division. The successful candidate will be a CA with strong insurance experience and IFRS 17 expertise.
Responsibilities:Oversee financial reporting, operating cost, working capital, and capital expenditure management.Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with tax and related legislation.Lead a team in the financial management department.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.Chartered Accountant (SA).Master's degree (advantageous).7 – 10 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in the Agri industry.3 – 5 years experience in a leadership role.Advanced financial management, tax and related legislation knowledge.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
