Guide and monitor the local digital marketing strategy, activity and effectiveness to develop the brand positioning in the division. Ensure local marketing, communication and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty.
Work with local partners and agencies to enable the brand teams in media, digital, advocacy, platforms and servicesGuide the best application for Brand's digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand Guide and track online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness, ROI, content quality and Consumer experienceEnsure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, and data modelling where relevant Frame, track and adapt global digital marketing guidelines for optimal delivery against KPI's set Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to ensure best performance Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solvePartner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)Ensure Data Collection, Quality and retention Collaborates with CRM manager and Digital Marketing Manager to select the relevant sources of information (primary or secondary data sources, strategic approach)Works with Digital IT teams to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected with the Digital Marketing and CRM ManagersDevelop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data qualityExperience of creating reports & visualisations using Power BIShare best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand's ambitionEnsure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentationPlace consumer's insights at the heart of the marketing and business modelMentor and coach the Digital teamsAbility to work in an ever changing & demanding environmentHighly numerate, analytically strong and a great eye for detailSolid project management capability
