DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANT PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe successful incumbent will provide leadership and manage all accounting and financial aspects of the Company South Rand division. 2-IC to Financial ExecutiveKEY PERFORMANCE AREASManage subordinates to ensure that productivity of the Finance Department is maintained or improved.Ensure the integrity of three General LedgersProvide Financial leadership to Management.Ensure the integrity of the internal controls and implementing changes where necessary.Ensure accuracy and meeting all deadlines of reporting to Company Central OfficeEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation.Ensure accuracy of all inter-group transactionsComplete ad hoc special projectsWorking capital managementAudit managementAnnual budgetingManage Payroll FunctionManage Creditors Function SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE National Senior Certificate (Matric) Pre-requisiteCA(SA) qualification required.Proficient in MS Office5 years relevant experienceExperience in FMCG advantageousKnowledge of SAP advantageousExcellent communication skillsHigh stress toleranceBuilding strategic working relationshipsGood interpersonal skills
