District Sales Manager - Global Pharmaceutical Company

Ensure efficient coverage of the assigned area by Medical Representatives.Monitor and enhance the performance of Medical Representatives through regular assessments and training.Develop promotional plans and organize events for healthcare professionals.Collaborate with various departments to align promotional activities with company strategies.Oversee distribution networks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Conduct regular sales management and business planning activities.Foster a culture of performance management and team development.Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure accurate sales reporting and administration.The Successful ApplicantExperience in Primary care and medicine (Not diagnostic) is a must.Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dental Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Life Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry or as a Medical Representative within the company.
