District Manager – Head of Sales & Commercial Location: Border-Kei, East LondonReporting to: General Manager
Are you a seasoned Sales Leader ready to drive excellence in a dynamic FMCG environment?
We are seeking an accomplished District Manager who embodies strategic vision and operational acumen to lead sales and commercial functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize all functional areas within the plant to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.Align strategic practices to exploit developed and emerging markets.Manage franchisor/supplier relationships to enhance operational efficiency.Provide leadership support and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of performance excellence.Formulate and control expense and capital budgets, ensuring optimal resource management. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of a Sales and Marketing Bachelor's Degree.Proven track record in an FMCG environment.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.Looking for seasoned and commercially strong professionals.Ability to present and report to the GMs and Commercial Sales Director.Must have been an Area or Sales Manager for 5+years before moving into a senior sales role. Key Competencies: Ability to develop and maintain budgets for optimal function management.Expertise in strategic business planning for both sales and operations.Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a competent sales team.Excellence in customer service and human resource management.Ability to present and report bi-weekly to senior executives.
