Our client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated Distribution Co-ordinator who would like to be part of the team.Purpose Of The JobThe purpose of the role is to assist the distribution Manager with the smooth running of the distribution within the approved timelines, whilst meeting the distribution targets.Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The FollowingAdaptation of digital reports for distribution processingAchieving set distribution targetsAlignment of licensee reporting periods for each distribution cycleStakeholder engagement, including distribution service providersPayments ingestion files (DSPs fund allocations) are timeously processed and are correctProcess claims-based services payments confirmationData management (cue sheet filling etc)Coordinate the team and ensure that they meet their deadlineMinimum Qualifications, Experience And KnowledgeAdvanced ExcelA minimum Bachelor's degree in a related fieldReliable and good with numbers3 years work experienceGood time management, planning, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Eager and ability to adapt to latest technologiesExceptional people management skillsExceptional data analysis skills will be an added advantageKnowledge of the music business will be an advantageIf you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.Desired SkillsAdvance ExcelCommunicationData analysisCustomer ServicesNumeracy
