Distribution Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities  include but not limited to the following: Adaptation of digital reports for distribution processing Achieving set distribution targets Alignment of licensee reporting periods for each distribution cycle Stakeholder engagement, including distribution service providers Payments ingestion files (DSPs fund allocations) are timeously processed and are correct Process claims-based services payments confirmation Data management (cue sheet filling etc) Coordinate the team and ensure that they meet their deadline Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: Advanced Excel A minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field Reliable and good with numbers 3 years work experience Good time management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
