Our client in the retail industry is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team. They are looking for someone who enjoys customer service as much as technical support with a proven track record of practical hardware & software troubleshooting.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary education and relevant technology courses attended (MCSE and A+ will be an advantage)Preferably 3-5 Years IT End User Support experienceExperience working in a retail warehouse/distribution centre (DC) environment is essentialDistribution Centre process-flow, set up and network understandingOwn transport and valid driver's license is a mustMicrosoft Desktop Operating Systems experience – Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11MS-Office versions (Office 2010, 2016, 2019, Office 365)Hardware related working experience i.e. Android scanners & label printersComputer hardware and software troubleshooting skillsComputer Desktop ImagingEffective Management of IT hardware and IT environmentInterested and meet the above requirements then email your CV to ****** note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
