They have an exciting permanent Dispatch Supervisor - International Exports and Distribution position available in Gauteng.Key Responsibilities:International Exports: Manage and oversee the dispatch of products to SADC, East Africa, Nigeria, and Senegal through both road and sea, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements.Domestic Deliveries: Take charge of all deliveries within South Africa that exceed 400km from our warehouse, coordinating with external transporters rather than our internal fleet.Product Distribution: Oversee the distribution of imported products to our customers.Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation, including Certificate of Conformity, Bill of Lading, import permits, vet certificates, vet inspections, etc., is meticulously handled and maintained.Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely and efficient transportation of goods.Budget Management: Manage and optimize the dispatch budget effectively.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the dispatch team to achieve their best performance.Experience and Qualifications:Any experience with veterinary licensing will be an advantage.Education: A relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch management, with a strong track record in international exports and meticulous documentation.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is a must due to the critical nature of documentation in this role.Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team.Budgeting: Proficiency in budget management.We Offer:Competitive SalaryOpportunity to contribute to the growth of our international exports and distribution operations.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Career development opportunities.
