Our large Managed Healthcare client is seeking a Disease Risk Case Manager (DRM) with specialized qualifications in Diabetic Education or Mental Health, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in their respective fields and at least 2 years' experience within Managed Healthcare.
Responsibilities:

Enhance the product through innovative strategies and approaches
Mentor colleagues and provide guidance to the team in their specialized areas
Participate in Corporate Wellness Days, facilitating Corporate Member Education sessions
Manage automated solutions to streamline processes
Handle escalated cases with precision and care

Requirements:

SANC Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years of Managed Care experience
2-5 years of experience in Mental Health or Diabetic Nurse Education
Passionate about their area of expertise
Able to make tough decisions with assertiveness and confidence
