We have a client with an amazing opportunity based inMidrand.

Role: Discipline Lead: Bridges and Civil Structures
Industry: Civil Engineering
Level: Senior / Leadership

Key Requirements:
·BSc or BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering. Pr Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.

·15+ years of practical experience in bridges and civil structures.

·Proven track record in business development, including securing new projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.

·Extensive experience with SANRAL and COTO Senior Bridge Inspection.

·Demonstrable commercial and financial management experience, including project budgeting and financial oversight.

Technical Skills:

·Expert-level technical knowledge in bridge engineering.

·Familiarity with industry standards and project management software.

·Solid experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within engineering projects.

·Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team, with a focus on professional development, optimal performance, and resourcing.

·Business Development: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and drive company growth in the engineering sector.

·Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to manage client relationships and work effectively within a culturally diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
