Job Purpose: To provide strategic direction and leadership for community projects partnering with the university to facilitate and support the implementation of Work Integrated Learning framework and CE&WIL projects through appropriate grant systems, quality assurance and partnership agreements.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
PhD or relevant Doctor's Degree or equivalent that is aligned with any of the University's qualifications.
7 Years' experience in Higher education and work integrated learning focusing on managing community and or Industry networks which supports workplace learning for students at Senior lecturer/ Associate Professor level.
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities:
Strategic Planning and Implementation of WIL framework and WIL modules
Strategic support for Service Learning and students' assessment Plans
Implement quality assurance systems
Maintain partnerships and build new partners
Generate reports for WIL activities
Human Resource Management
Coaching
Ability to lead change
Ability to influence change
Ability to foster strategic relations
High-level report writing skill
Strategic networking skills
Strategic planning skills
In-depth knowledge of Higher Education programs
Research knowledge
Financial management skills
