Job Purpose: To provide strategic direction and leadership for community projects partnering with the university to facilitate and support the implementation of Work Integrated Learning framework and CE&WIL projects through appropriate grant systems, quality assurance and partnership agreements.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience: PhD or relevant Doctor's Degree or equivalent that is aligned with any of the University's qualifications.7 Years' experience in Higher education and work integrated learning focusing on managing community and or Industry networks which supports workplace learning for students at Senior lecturer/ Associate Professor level.Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities: Strategic Planning and Implementation of WIL framework and WIL modulesStrategic support for Service Learning and students' assessment PlansImplement quality assurance systemsMaintain partnerships and build new partnersGenerate reports for WIL activitiesHuman Resource ManagementCoachingAbility to lead changeAbility to influence changeAbility to foster strategic relationsHigh-level report writing skillStrategic networking skillsStrategic planning skillsIn-depth knowledge of Higher Education programsResearch knowledgeFinancial management skillsCoaching skillsGeneral Information: Closing date: 26 January 2025
