Director – Retail Operations (Commercial Vehicles) The Director – Retail Operations South is a member of the group's Executive Management Team. Location: Boksburg, Gauteng. A multinational vehicle manufacturing group requires the services of a Director – Retail Operations – Heavy Duty Commercial. Position Overview: The Director – Retail Operations will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the wholly owned Retail- and Workshop Operations, in addition to being a major contributor to the performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the corporation.
One will monitor, challenge, support, and analyze retail KPI's to track network performance and profitability. A vital part of the role is to have a deep understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry, implement and govern decided strategies, establish and implement KPI's, ensure customer satisfaction for Retail Operations, and motivate, develop, and encourage excellent performance to achieve profitability across the Retail Operations.
Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required: Leadership qualification or a related Business Management qualification required.More than 10 years' experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry.At least 5 years or more in a Senior Management position with proficiency and understanding of the Truck Business and Customer Focus, and expert knowledge in Retail Operations.Heavy-duty truck customer experiences essential.Superior interpersonal skills and experience in managing national and international stakeholders with a proactive approach.Willingness to travel when required.If you meet all the requirements specified above and are interested in furthering the process, kindly send your detailed CV to Patricia Jacobs at ******.
