Luxury Five Star Hotel with over 350 rooms & apartments with 6 food outlets and over 10 banqueting facilities (largest up to 450 sitdown) seeks an experienced 5* Executive Chef matching the following requirements:
Recognised Hospitality Management degreeOversees a large banqueting department and six outlets which include ADD, Cafe, Pan Asian, Sports Bar, Indian and PoolMust come from a luxury 5* background within an international brand hotel with over 300 rooms (current / recent)Comfortable dealing with large volumes and multi outletsPrior African experience is essentialMust have a stable track record of minimum 2 years tenureYoung, creative and energetic chef, who is under 50 years oldSingle status preferredDO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE - Applicants who do NOT have this particular experience will NOT be contacted or corresponded with.
