About the Role
The Director of Finance will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
Financial Control: Implement and maintain effective financial controls to ensure the integrity of our financial systems.
Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Controller in a similar industry.
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, financial closure, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
