Director of F&B - Luxury Five Star Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria Our client operates a luxury five star hotel in Abuja and they now require an experienced Director of F&B to join the team. With over 500 rooms, multi F&B outlets, and banqueting for up to 2,000 guests, candidates must be used to coping with the demands of high volumes in a five-star environment. This role requires the skills of a qualified hospitality professional with a strong background in Food & Beverage.
Key requirements Must have prior experience in Africa at a senior levelStrong F&B background required - must be used to large volume banqueting and very busy multi F&B outlets.Must be holding a similar position in a reputable 200+ room 5-star propertyUsed to working with and managing large multi-cultural teams effectively and sensitively, a great mentorVery hands-on role, attention to detail requiredSolid business acumen and used to dealing with budgets and financial controlsExcellent guest contact skillsFluent in English and a great communicatorMust hold formal hospitality qualifications and preferably have prior international exposureGood organizational skills and the ability to think on their feetComputer literateMust have a solid track record displaying stability pre and post CovidPackage Salary up to US$5,500 net per month depending on experienceAccommodation on siteMedical insuranceAnnual flight homeSingle status onlyJob ID 360153
