Minimum Requirements: - Master's Degree (Doctoral degree preferred) that is part and parcel of your 10 years' overall experience, of which 5 years has been in a senior internationalisation management role within the higher education sector. - Experienced strategic leader with the ability to deliver multifaceted plans, meeting international student recruitment targets, delivering on MoU and partnerships and operating in large, complex environments. - Your achievements in directing successful international student recruitment programs are abundantly clear, as is your ability to develop and manage international networks and external relationships at the highest of levels. - You are highly personable and culturally sensitive, as demonstrated by a track record of working with people from all backgrounds. Reporting directly to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Research, Partnerships and Innovation, you will: - Play a pivotal role in advancing the global presence and reputation of an institution. - Develop and implement internationalisation strategies, where you have fostered collaboration and established partnerships that lead to enhanced positioning of an institution on the global stage. - Apply your deep understanding of international relations, your broad knowledge of diversity and the dynamics of global tertiary institutions, which has placed you head and shoulders above the rest. - Be a strategic visionary and an expert at navigating your way around the complexities of international relations, while at the same time you keep a keen eye on advancing an institution's missions and goals.
