Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Giving strategic direction to HR management within the company, providing support to line management as a strategic partner and ensuring the achievement of HR-related strategic objectives.Developing, implementing, monitoring and review of HR policies and procedures identifying and mitigating all HR-related risks.Providing leadership to the HR team.Keeping abreast of legislation, regulations, codes and best practice related to all HR functions and developing the HR team.Actively managing the payroll function.Developing budgets, including the salary, learning and development and departmental budgets.Developing annual, quarterly and ad hoc.Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: Postgraduate HR-related qualification or labour lawAt least eight years HR experience of which at least five years should be at HR management levelWorking experience of MS office suite at intermediate levelValid drivers licenceLeadership skillsExcellent planning and organisational skillsSound working knowledge of all aspects of human resource functionsSuperior knowledge of HR-related legislationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSound knowledge of financial managementAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesAbility to identify potential risks, analyse trends and develop interventions to manage the risksAbility to plan and implement projectsGood interpersonal skillsIf you do not hear from us within 2 weeks after closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
