What You Have Done Before Baseline:
• At least 5 years Marketing and Strategy related experience.
• Technical /degree/diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.

What You Will Be Doing• Providing service excellence to an existing customer base.

• Empowering Sales teams by developing Marketing tools.
• Aggressively taking on the competitor and keeping them away from your business through efficiencies.
• Provide training to frontline sales staff.
• Creation of sector specific collateral e.g., brochures, sales aids
Technical Capability
• Working on SAP or SAP BI (Business Intelligence) (checking Stock, Checking customer details, check pricings, rebates).
• Working with multiple Marketing Agencies to effectively create material for the customer and Sales teams.
• Ensure Agencies produce high quality work.
• Developing Credit collection and Key customer interface tools.
• Ensure Packaging, Label standards are maintained.
• Work with Technical to ensure products are suitable for customer.
• Sector specific product life cycle management.
• Research market pricing and position products marketed are priced correctly to ensure growth is achieved.
• Develop business plan and budget plans.
• Work with Direct Sales team to ensure we meet plan.
• Identify opportunities through networking with organisation/bodies.
• Collate and Monitor Pipeline of new leads.
• Develop and implement sector CVP's
