Job Summary: We are looking for a vibrant, goal-driven candidate to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing sales processes, and enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed direct sales strategies that align with company goals. Monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies to achieve targets. Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to promote business development. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve growth objectives. Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels. Leadership and problem-solving mindset. Customer-centric mindset. No experience required. Passed Matric (Grade 12) or NQF level 4 equivalent. Age Range: 18 - 28 years old.
