Direct Sales Agent

Tracker requires the services of a Direct Sales Agent at their Head office based in Johannesburg. The candidate will be required to ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained and reach sales targets whilst working in a highly pressurised environment. We require a diligent, committed and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.
Responsibilities:Meet and exceed the sales quotasMaintain contact and build lasting relationships with customersMake sales calls and contact both potential and existing customersKeep records of all interactions with customersKeep abreast of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledgeDevelopment of innovative and creative sales techniquesEnsure that Customer Service standards are maintained in a highly pressurised environmentFollow up leads/queriesIdentify the needs of a customer and meet those needs through the purchase of products or servicesA requirement to work overtime or Saturdays may be requested from managementMinimum Requirements:Matric and minimum of 1-2 years outbound sales experience in a call centreExcellent typing and accurate data capturing skillsExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerComputer literacyAnalytical skillsPersuasive and competitive nature will be an advantageProven sales recordBenefits:Medical AidProvident Fund
