As a Digitalization Catalogue Assistant you will be working alongside the strategic catalogue marketing manager to assist in the process of digitization and optimization of our extensive catalogue. This role involves actively working through line item by line item as prioritized to ensuring catalogue meta data is verified and populated in various formats including that of label copy and adhering to production processes, with the release planning team. In addition will be required to support with key optimization audits and feedback findings and gaps for optimization. These activities will include but not limited to planning, quality control, metadata management, assist with the co-ordination of converting physical music media (vinyl, cassette, CD, etc.) into high-quality digital formats and dealing with service providers to ensure the appropriate delivery of such music media for production while ensuring compliance with digital preservation standards.
