Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager

The position is for a highly skilled leader with a strong Digital Transformation background. You will provide accountable oversight to a portfolio of Digital Transformation initiatives, applying industry best practices to manage the intake, scoping, planning, staffing, execution methodology, and long-term road mapping of projects within the portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, strong leadership skills, and experience managing teams. You will work and collaborate across various organisational functions to ensure business value is delivered per organisational strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: (Detailed job description available on request) Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects and Programs Execution Budgeting and Costing Stakeholder Management Digital Reporting and Review Digital Marketing Capabilities Innovation Strategy, Pipeline and Roadmap (Digital Transformation Roadmap) Project Team Management Project Governance Program/Portfolio Management Leadership and Direction QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field) Relevant industry certification such as PMI Project/Program/Portfolio Management Professional PgMp (Essential); Advantageous: Masters degree (MBA) PfMP/P3O/ Scaled Agile WORK EXPERIENCE: Essential: At least 10 years of work experience in a project management capacity, leading multiple initiatives; At least 5 years of Portfolio management experience required; 5 or more years in a leadership position. Advantageous: 4 or more years of direct experience leading digital transformations or digital ecosystem implementations. Salaries are negotiable and based on each individual's skills, qualifications, and experience in line with market standards.
