ResponsibilitiesSet seasonal marketing strategy & calendar plan (maintaining brand messaging, CI and growth plan for Marketing channels).Set and monitor marketing budgets.Set seasonal KPIs for Marketing activity and Digital effectiveness.Develop, Approve and Manage Marketing campaigns.Copy and Content Creation, Planning & Scheduling (IG, FB & TikTok).Working with and managing external agency on outsourced requirements - approve monthly agency content & paid advertising briefs, etc.Clear & concise Digital & Social Media briefs (both internally to creative department & externally to all agencies & influencers).Management of Newsletters & Mailers.Marketing Shoot Planning - understanding of shoot planning and budgeting.Influencer Marketing & Brand Activations - briefing, budgets, contracts, execution, negotiation, event planning & management.Consumer & Marketing Research and Reporting.
