The selected candidate should have a thorough understanding of (and appreciation for) IA/UX, UI/Copy, Development, SEO and Data required to fulfil this role.What you will do:Partner with capability leads ensuring that project objectives are defined and clear, and team capabilities and skills are engaged successfully to achieve objectives.Project Scoping – Facilitate project scopes alongside capability leads and account management.Resource Forecasting - Plan accurate resource forecast, incl. project plans, based on an objective view of the current and future project pipeline.Project Spend Reporting - Understand how project success impacts on margin.Partner with the account and product management team to course correct overspend.Apply change management process within projects to drive efficiencies.Post Project Analysis - Partner with leads on analysis of the total project budget against the total project cost (based on timesheet hours) ensuring that all learnings form part of future briefs.Staff Forecasting - Forecast the resources needed to staff a portfolio.Ensure that the skill set, and experience matches requirement.Presenting - Capability of clearly present thoughts, ideas, structure, and form, both verbally and visually.Digital PM experience with exposure to Development (A Must).Ability to accurately scope out new projects: breaking down deliverables and requirements, structuring the projects, identifying correct resources, putting together costs/time.
