Company descriptionThis role is a 5 day in office position.OverviewAs Digital Media Planner you will be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing digital media plans, managing day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies. Your specific responsibilities will be:Assisting digital media strategy development for top tier clientsDeveloping and managing digital media plans; negotiating and purchasing mediaManaging the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activitiesManaging campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processInteracting daily and maintaining rapport with digital media publishersAnalysing research data and media/marketing information; sharing information with clientsMonitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaignsOther responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree related with Advertising, Marketing or Economics, or a minimum of 1 year of experience working in digital planning (display)Good use of digital planning tools: MS Office, TomMicro or Galileo, Comscore and VerificationAble to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communicationsWrites in a clear, compelling, and concise mannerOrganizes ideas and information logically and sequentiallyDevelop client reports that are clear, compelling, and persuasiveEnsure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.Fluent in English (minimum B2)Have offline media planning knowledge and heavy users of media planning toolsKnow and use all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Social, ProgrammaticAdditional requirementsAcknowledge and commit to comply with our internal procedures intending to prevent bribery and corruptionShow special awareness and embrace our compliance culture, especially in matters related to anti-bribery and anti-corruptionBe a role model and lead by example complying with the Business Unit internal procedures, including those regarding the Bribery and Corruption Management Framework
