Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and optimize multiple Shopify websites across different international markets, ensuring exceptional user experience on both desktop and mobile platforms Develop and oversee digital campaigns, including strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis Create and manage customer journey communications, including welcome sequences, waitlist management, and post-purchase experiences Monitor and improve website performance metrics, implementing new features and resolving technical issues Manage relationships with digital media partners and oversee paid media budget allocation Analyze performance data and provide regular, actionable reporting to inform strategic decisions Identify and respond to customer and industry trends, continuously optimizing the digital experience Brief and coordinate with digital partners to implement new features and improvements Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification 2-3 years minimum experience in e-commerce website management Proven experience with CMS platforms, particularly Shopify Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Strong understanding of luxury branding and digital product management Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards across all aspects of work Media / Advertising / Branding jobs
