Digital Media Administrator

Details of the offer

The Role:

Upload text and image content across multiple websites, using the WordPress content management system, ensuring timely and accurate publication of articles.
Compile reports on digital marketing campaign statistics, for management and client review.
Compile lead generation reports by downloading lead data from various systems and liaising with various lead-generation managers in the team.
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, using the automated messaging platform, ensuring consistent and professional communication and tracking responses.
Support bulk-email outreach campaigns, using distribution platform, when required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all publishing activities and campaign metrics.
Some support to publishing social media messages via the publishing platform.
Attend weekly team meetings via video conference and fortnightly in-person meetings at the V&A Waterfront office.

Requirements:

Experience with content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
Experienced Excel user.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media management tools.
Experience with lead generation and data management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team.

Terms:
Independent Contractor position meaning the successful candidate will be responsible for their own tax and medical aid, locally. The remuneration below takes this into account.
Contract renewed annually.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: R15000,00 per month.
Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred).
